However you book, you will get a reminder before your visit so it never sneaks up on you.

A quick word about reminders: once you book, we confirm by text so the appointment never sneaks up on you. If your plans change, just reply or call; giving us notice lets another patient use the time, and it keeps your rescheduling painless.

Advance notice is a kindness to the patient in pain who needs that slot, and we treat it accordingly: with gratitude, not lectures. Running late instead? Call from the road; sometimes minutes matter and sometimes they do not, and we will tell you honestly which situation yours is. Scheduling should be the easiest part of dentistry, and around here we work to keep it that way.

Back-to-back slots on a Saturday morning turn four separate errands into one, and children who watch a parent take the chair first walk in braver for their own turn. Our front desk builds family blocks happily; just say how many smiles you are bringing and whether any of them get nervous.
